My academic background began with an engineering degree followed by a Master in Business Administration, and my professional journey across several countries has shaped the way I teach Spanish today. During my years abroad, I volunteered in international schools and supported Spanish‑speaking children in maintaining their language and cultural identity, experiences that sparked my passion for education and later led me to pursue a Master in Psychology. At Escuela Richmond, I bring together my multicultural background, academic training, and hands‑on experience with children to create a warm, engaging environment where young learners develop confidence and joy in speaking Spanish.

Hi!! I am Isabel Piqueras and I am Spanish. I have a degree in translation and a master’s degree in education. I have been teaching Spanish for the last 15 years. I strongly believe that learning a language needs to be fun and entertaining.

In addition to teaching at Escuela Richmond, Isabel specialises in GCSE and A-level tutoring services. In her sessions she uses a practical approach which focuses on practising speaking skills which is one of the hardest part of the GCSE and A-level exams.

I am a passionate Spanish teacher with six years of experience in education. I believe that learning a new language helps children develop confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills. My goal is to make Spanish fun, practical, and meaningful so that children can enjoy learning and use the language naturally in their everyday lives.

I hold a BA in Psychology and a certificate in Early Childhood Education.
